Black Faculty & Staff Association

Mission and Purpose

The Black Faculty & Staff Association (BFSA) is an officially recognized university organization established to address and serve the needs and concerns of Black faculty, staff and students on campus. The mission of the BFSA is to promote diversity, equity, fair representation, employment and quality of life on the campus of UL Lafayette.

The Black Faculty and Staff Association welcomes the opportunity to collaborate with other groups and organizations on campus to continually advance the goals of diversity at the University. (See the BFSA Constitution.)

Gift of Giving Campaign

BFSA is a member-supported organization.  In order to continue providing the programming and resources that we have in the past, we need your continued support in the future.

The Black Faculty and Staff Association would like to provide you with the opportunity to support the efforts of the organization through the Gift of Giving Campaign.  Being a key stakeholder in BFSA would mean aiding in the organization’s mission and purpose on University of Louisiana at Lafayette campus.
