Asian Chamber of Commerce of Acadiana, Inc.

Greater Southwest Louisiana Black Chamber of Commerce

Lafayette Commission on the Needs of Women

The Lafayette Commission on the Needs of Women has been serving the Lafayette community since 1976. The Commission aims to facilitate an awareness of the status and needs of women by serving as a clearinghouse for information and services available to women in this community and to provide input at the local level regarding the concerns of women by making recommendations for policies and promoting programs that improve the role of women in this community. Lafayette Economic Development Authority (LEDA)

LEDA's mission is to provide assistance to local companies in their growth, market development and workforce development efforts; to recruit additional companies considering locating in this area; and to assist in the development of new companies in order to diversify the economy within Lafayette Parish. Lafayette Education Foundation

The mission of the Lafayette Education Foundation promotes and supports excellence in education by developing supportive relationships between the private sector and the Lafayette Parish public school system, providing private sector support through grant funding to launch creative education initiatives, implementing strategies to stimulate optimism and inspiration among educators, parents and students, and encouraging and facilitating lifelong learning initiatives. Leadership Institute of Acadiana

The Leadership Institute of Acadiana is a non-profit organization committed to building leaders for the Acadiana Region. The organization is comprised of three active programs and is constantly evaluating new opportunities to improve the leadership capacity of individuals and organizations in the Lafayette community. National Association of University Women (South Central Sectional)

The National Association of University Women is a national non-profit organization that provides scholarships at the branch level for high school students, at the sectional level for graduate study, and at the national level for doctoral study, a fellowship is awarded.
