The 13th annual Women’s Leadership Conference will be held on March 5, 2020, in the UL Lafayette Student Union. We are pleased to again welcome exhibitors to participate in the conference.
Why You Should Exhibit at the Women’s Leadership Conference
The Women’s Leadership Conference and exhibitor session attracts hundreds of women and men from the UL Lafayette and Acadiana community with a broad range of experiences. While they come to network with colleagues and peers, they also get a chance to learn more about the organizations and businesses in the community that are dedicated to serving the needs of women.
As an exhibitor, you will have the unique opportunity to market your products and services to a captive audience of potential clients. The exhibitor tables are arranged throughout the conference venue, giving maximum exposure in high traffic areas.
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome exhibitors that provide a wide range of services for women in Acadiana and beyond. We are especially interested in exhibitors in the following areas that address the needs of women, but other areas of interest are welcomed and encouraged.
Please be mindful that our exhibitors are not allowed to sell any products on the premises.
EDUCATE exhibitors provide attendees with the opportunity to learn new concepts, develop leadership skills and gain awareness of community resources
ENGAGE exhibitors provide attendees with the opportunity to explore strategies for building networks of support, cultivating relationships and getting involved in the community
ENRICH exhibitors provide attendees with the opportunity to explore personal growth, pursue balance and maintain health and wellness
EMPOWER exhibitors provide attendees with an opportunity to gain motivation, foster progressive action and spark the will to make change
Exhibitor Registration Fees
Non-profit Rate: For non-profit organizations, registration costs $150 and includes up to 2 representatives from your organization. You may send up to 2 more representatives (for a total of 4) at a cost of $75 for each additional representative.
Corporate Rate: For corporate (for-profit) organizations, registration costs $250 and includes up to 2 representatives from your organization. You may send up to 2 more representatives (for a total of 4) at a cost of $125 for each additional representative.
What You Receive
• One 8-foot rectangular table with a tablecloth and up to 4 chairs
• Continental breakfast and buffet luncheon for all representatives
• An opportunity to briefly address the conference attendees about your business/organization during a general session
• Opportunity to attend breakout sessions and the keynote speaker session
• Eligibility to receive door prizes throughout the day’s events
Application & Selection Process
All interested exhibitors must submit an application form. Exhibitor applications will be reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis until all spaces are filled. Once your application is submitted and accepted, you will be contacted by the conference organizers with a link to the Exhibitor Registration Form.
